HD Colour Paints Cement Paint is an economical, waterproof coating specially engineered to protect exterior building surfaces against harsh weather conditions. Formulated for effortless mixing and application, it cures into a hard, durable shield that effectively prevents moisture penetration while remaining secure against rubbing, flaking, and peeling.
Surface Prepration
Prior to painting, ensure the surface is entirely free of dust, grease, loose flakes, and fungus by thoroughly scrubbing previously painted areas with a stiff coir brush to remove chalking and friable material for optimal adhesion. Address any structural cracks by opening them into a V-shape and filling them with white cement or cement-based plaster, and resolve all underlying leakages beforehand. Additionally, allow any freshly plastered surfaces to cure completely before beginning application.
Curing
one time curing before first coat, 2 - 3 times curing after first coat within next 8-16 hrs. Apply 2nd coat after 8-16 hrs and then again 2 – 3 times curing

Thinning Properties
1 Kg Cement Paint and water quills like flour and than thin it as per application. We recommend 1kg Cement paint thinned with 1000 ml of water.

Precautions
- Do not apply when ambient temperature is less than 10°C or if the temperature might drop to this level within 2-4 hrs of application
- Do not paint when it is raining
- Do not over-thin or over-extend the brush
- Do not use saline water foe sprinkling
- Avoid application of paint under strong direct sun as it may cause fast drying, brush marks and even patchy surfaces
- If the surface is too absorbent then the first coat may have to be applied with more than usual thinning
